We are selling a limited number of half-hams on behalf of our friends at one of Sydney's oldest smoke-houses, Black Forest. These are aware winning hams from free-range pigs, triple smoked and then delivered to our farm. They are around 5kgs each.

Note: Our Christmas hams do contain a small amount of nitrate from celery extract for food safety purposes over the Christmas period.

Our meat is organic, regeneratively farmed and completely free from any chemicals. Our chickens receive a certified organic feed seed ration on top of and our cows just get to enjoy their naturel.
