We deliver Australia wide! Get your order in by Tuesday 4:00pm for delivery the same week to most areas.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY BOX TO ARRIVE?

We are butcher our meat on farm each week. If you have ordered by 5:00pm on Tuesday, your order will be usually be delivered the same week. Orders occur on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 8:00am and 6:00pm to most areas.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY?

If you aren’t home for delivery, that’s fine! Our meat is packed in insulated chilltainers and will be fine to hang out on your doorstep for a few hours. You'll receive a text from our courier, DK distributions to track your delivery right to your door.

DO YOU DELIVER TO APARTMENT BUILDINGS?

We can certainly deliver to apartment buildings, but please make sure you leave clear instructions for delivery, such as the front entry code into the foyer, in case you aren’t home.

IS THE MEAT FRESH OR FROZEN?

Our meat is delivered absolutely fresh.

Yep, it sure is! We actually go further than just organic too, by actively regenerating the soil. We are just going through our organic certification process at the moment.

IS THE BEEF GRAIN FREE?

The Food Farm beef is certified 100% grass-fed and finished, no matter what. We will never, ever feed any of our cattle grain.

WHAT DOES GRASS-FINISHED MEAN?

Great question! When beef is just labelled ‘grass fed’, it usually means that the cow has been fed both grass and grain. Sneaky hey! Especially when studies show that the cow’s muscle and fat composition begins to change after just 3 days on grain. The cows here at The Food Farm are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, meaning that they will never, ever be given a single grain in their life. CAN I CUSTOMISE WHAT'S IN MY BOX?

Yes, you can certainly customise your meat box. Simply select a box, and then choose which add ons you would like to include.
