Chicken Marylands make the PERFECT Christmas tray bake delight. No carving or portioning required; just bake on a tray or in your BBQ for succulent, chickeny goodness. To ensure maximum succulent goodness; We will carefully brine your marylands in a crafted blend of Olsson’s Sea Salt, Sugar, Rosemary, Thyme, Garlic, Onion, Sage, Bay Leaves, Mountain Pepper Leaf and Orange. There are 2 marylands per pack.

Delivering our Christmas goodies will be a little tricky due to courier shutdowns over the Christmas period, however pickup can be arranged on the following dates.
-Pickup from Carriageworks Markets on 14/12 or 21/12
-Pickup from Gosford Market on 15/12 or 22/12
-Pickup from the farm in Wyong Creek between 12/12 - and 23/12
