Product description

Experience tasty, regeneratively farmed leg ham which come from our whole, slow-growing, heritage-breed, pasture-raised pigs. We wood smoke our hams on-farm after being gently salted for two weeks.

The hock end half-hams are around 5kgs each and have the bone in (differences in weight will be refunded to you).

Note, we do only have 25 half hams available in total so we encourage you to order early :) 

DELIVERY/PICKUP INFO

Delivering our hams will be a little tricky due to courier shutdowns over the Christmas period, however pickup can be arranged on the following dates.

-Pickup from Carriageworks Markets on 14/12 or 21/12

-Pickup from Gosford Market on 15/12 or 22/12

-Pickup from the farm in Wyong Creek between  12/12 - and 23/12

Note: Our Christmas hams do contain a small amount of nitrate from celery extract for food safety purposes over the Christmas period.

Is the meat Organic

Our meat is organic, regeneratively farmed and completely free from any chemicals. Our chickens receive a certified organic feed seed ration on top of and our cows just get to enjoy their naturel.

Is the meat vaccine free: 

Yes, all of our meat and animals are completely vaccine free
