We have limited number of whole rolled and strung scotch fillet roasts for your Christmas feasting. Our 100% Grass Fed, Grass Finished whole scotch fillets s are perfect for those wanting a more flavoursome roast, this is the one to choose!
1 whole scotch fillet is about 3.5 kg and will feed around 6 people with room for seconds. It comes expertly hand strung by our butcher so it retains it's shape during cooking.
