Once you’ve selected your ham, we’ll skin and score it so it’s ready to glaze.
For the perfect finish, we recommend our Sticky Maple Ham Glaze crafted with pure maple syrup, orange, mustard and apple cider.
Note: After we skin and score your ham, we replace the skin over the fat and vacuum-seal it to keep it moist. When you’re ready to glaze, simply remove the ham from the pack, gently peel off the skin, and you’re all set to go.
