Join us for a beautiful long-table feast under picturesque fig trees set on the land where it all begins.

This intimate gathering is a celebration of honest food, regenerative farming and meaningful connection. Hosted on the farm, the evening brings together community around a shared table with Charly Pertet from Terra Firma Fire Dining creating an unforgettable open-fire experience using our very own pasture-raised meat, grown with care by Tim and Hannah at The Food Farm.

As the fire crackles and the sun dips low, guests will be treated to a seasonal feast cooked entirely over flame. Expect incredible local organic produce, slow-roasted cuts infused with smoke, and dishes that honour both the ingredient and the land it comes from. This is food at its most elemental; humble, generous and deeply nourishing.

At the heart of the night is connection: to the farmers who raise the animals, to the chefs who transform them, to the soil beneath our feet, and to one another.

You’ll experience the theatre of fire as Terra Firma’s chefs cook in real time; tending coals, coaxing flavour, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with flame alone. The aromas, the warmth, the shared stories across the table; this is more than dinner. It’s an experience.

TIMING -

  • Arrival from 3:30pm for drinks, live music and fireside canapés. Mingle, connect and immerse yourself in the experience and theatre of open fire cooking as Charly and his team at Terra Firma Dining nourish you with a feast of regenerative & organic food grown on the very land you are gathered at
  • 5:00pm seated for long lunch and panel discussion
  • 7:30/8:30pm estimated finish time.

WHERE - The Food Farm Cattle Farm: 1897 S Tacoma Rd, Tuggerah NSW 2259 (The Pioneer Dairy)

PARKING - Free parking onsite

ATTENDEES - Adults only event

DIETARY - All food served will be gluten-free (aside from woodfire sourdough) and an option for vegetarian is available. Please let us know if you require a vegetarian option.

ACCOMODATION - Make a night of it! Just around the corner is Kooindah Waters Golf resort, otherwise if you are looking for more of a country vibe, we recommend Angel Sussuri in Yarramalong (a 20 min drive). Otherwise, we do have some limited camping tickets available on the farm - BYO gear

DRESS - Cosy Autumn/Winter vibes! It could get a little chilly after the sun goes down. Gumboots/Sensible shoes encouraged.
